IAN HANSEN is an Australian based rotational moulding industry consultant, who has over 40 years experience in the plastics industry. 15 years in colour compounding and grinding of powders and over 20 years as a rotational moulder. He is a recognised ICON of the industry.
IAN HANSEN provides plastic manufacturing consulting services for domestic and international manufacturers involved in rotational moulding, including the compounding & grinding of raw materials. He can offer experienced advice and assistance from concept to final production. Services are available to provide support and alternatives to your existing skills. We can provide systems such as management, or training, to aid the development of your manufacturing processes or concepts.
IAN HANSEN has experience with plastic extruders and grinding mills, rock + roll open flame machines as well as biaxial hot air ovens, shuttle and carousel style.Ian began his moulding career making polyethylene foam filled in ground electrical cable channels and commercial planter pots. His most recent 15 years rotomoulding experience was involved in the manufacture of water and chemical tanks up to 46,000 Litres and underground tanks up to 10,000L.
